It walks the disk looking for folders you already use as destinations: leaves of the tree, with many files and coherent types. A container like D:\Projects scores low on purpose; D:\Courses\Python\Exercises scores high. Tick the ones you want and they're added at once.

A condition on something that couldn't be checked is never assumed true: that would be the fastest way to move files that shouldn't have moved.
